Participants should consider their own health and fitness levels before engaging in any physical activities and consult with a healthcare professional if they have any concerns.
By participating and sharing photos of your activities, you agree that UiPath Foundation may use these images for promotional purposes related to the charity event on social media, internal communications, and other marketing materials.
UiPath Foundation assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this event or the use of the sports kits.

How can I participate?
The Global Motion Marathon is a virtual event organized by UiPath Foundation. You can participate by purchasing the Global Motion Marathon Kit and performing any physical activity during the event. You can run, walk, cycle, practice yoga, or do anything that keeps you moving!
When and where does the event take place?
The event runs from November 15 – 30, 2024, and you can participate at your own pace from anywhere in the world, regardless of location or time zone.
Keep in mind that Kits can be purchased until October 30, 2024.
Can I participate if I’m not a UiPath employee?
Yes, participation is open to everyone, whether you’re a UiPath employee or not. Organizations, families, and friends are encouraged to form teams and join the event. Simply purchase the Global Marathon Motion Kit for every team member and get moving!
What if I’m unable to participate in physical activities?
If you cannot participate physically, you can still contribute by purchasing a Kit or donating to support the cause.
📦 Kit purchase & shipping
How much does the Kit cost, and what does it include?
The Kit costs $75, the equivalent of a monthly scholarship for a child in the Foundation’s educational programs. It includes a branded t-shirt, tumbler, anniversary socks, and a drawstring bag.
How can I receive my Kit?
You can ship your Kit to your preferred address, with shipping rates varying for different locations. You can calculate the shipping costs in the Checkout section on the website.
If you’re a UiPath employee, you can select from designated UiPath office locations, including Austin, Bangalore, Bellevue, Bucharest, London, New York, and Tokyo. Shipping to these UiPath offices is a flat rate of $5, while shipping to other addresses may vary.
When will I receive the Kit?
Kits can be purchased until October 30, 2024. While delivery times may vary, we’re committed to ensuring that Kits arrive before the virtual event begins, so you’ll be ready to participate without any delays.
Is the $75 Kit purchase tax-deductible?
Your purchase is not tax deductible. If you are based in the US and you want to make an extra donation to the Foundation that will be tax deductible, you can do so here.

Proceeds from the Kit purchases go directly toward supporting educational programs for underprivileged children.
Can I donate more than the cost of the Kit?

Do I need to participate every day?
You can participate on any day(s) within the event window!

Do I need special equipment or attire to participate?
No special equipment is required to participate, but we recommend using the Global Motion Marathon Kit for your activities.
Can I change my activity after I’ve chosen one?
You can switch between activities (e.g., run one day, do yoga the next). The goal is to keep moving in any way that suits you.

There are no official in-person events, but you’re welcome to organize community meet-ups and connect with fellow participants.

What should I do if my Kit doesn’t arrive on time?
If you purchased your Kit by October 30, 2024, and it hasn’t arrived by the event start date, contact customer support at uipathfoundationmarathon@bamko.net to resolve any shipping issues.
Can I get a refund if I can’t participate after purchasing the Kit?
The Global Motion Marathon is a charitable event, therefore refunds are not possible. Thank you for supporting our educational programs!
Will there be prizes or rewards for participating?
The focus of this event is on supporting children from underserved communities, and your contribution to their education serves as the most meaningful reward at the end of the journey.
