Child Safeguarding Policy

Hi and welcome to the UiPath Foundation’s Child Safeguarding page!
The Child Safeguarding Policy page is a guideline we created to protect the children we are in contact with.
• If you are a child, you can use this policy as your compass through the world, to have a safe journey.
• If you are an adult, you can use this policy to discover ways of making children feel safer and more secure in all interactions within educational programs, both offline and online.
Together we will discover some tips and tricks on how to walk safely through the digital world and how to ensure your safety in offline interactions, during the educational programs in the presence of adults as well.
The whole YOU is made of different parts, each one built from the interactions you have with all the people around you. All these pieces create your identity.
And now, you may wonder:
how can you take care of something that you can’t see?
Next Steps
This is why we launched this page: to guide you in being aware of your safety and security all the way. We know that you participate in both online and offline activities and, for that, we created a set of guidelines that has to be respected no matter what, by you and by all adults you interact with.
You will discover here two sets of puzzle pieces that only work together.
When they are mixed and connected, your safety is ensured!
We, at UiPath Foundation, show zero tolerance towards child abuse or any type of violence against children.
This is why we implement the Child Safeguarding Policy, our written commitment to design and deliver programs which are safe for children. It is our responsibility to make sure that our staff, operations, and programs do not harm children.
The policy is constructed with behavioral guidelines to ensure all children are treated fairly and no harm could ever come through any activity, in any of our educational programs, online or offline.
Next Steps
We believe that:
- all children must be treated with respect, without discrimination;
- all children have equal rights to be protected from any harm;
- everyone has a responsibility to ensure the protection of children;
- the organisations are responsible to protect the children are in contact with;
- our actions on child safeguarding are taken in the best interests of the child, which are paramount.
Thank you.
When they are mixed and connected, your safety is ensured!
