Support Us

The initiative emerged from the profound need for children from underserved families across India to have access to education.

Based on UiPath Foundation’s global vision to nurture the potential of underprivileged children through technology-facilitated education, we collaborated with local non-profit organizations that share our vision for a world driven by compassion where potential overcomes poverty. In the post-pandemic reality, through this initiative, we mobilised global resources to support children and families and deployed a mentorship program to inspire children to reach their potential.

UN Foundation

We initiated a long-term partnership with the
UN Foundation and its global Girl Up program to ensure access to STEAM-oriented education for underprivileged girls from Northern India.

2020 – present

The pandemic was challenging the critical progress in girls’ education worldwide. In India alone, an estimated
10 million girls were at risk of dropping out of secondary school.

Coupled with the gender digital divide, the pandemic has exacerbated the existing gender education gap. To help bridge this gap, we partnered with Girl Up in 2020 to support the education of adolescent girls in underserved communities in India.

We continue to support girls in India in defying the limits of their communities and reaching their full potential through educational scholarships, mentorship, and access to a global community of future-oriented young women.

Dream
a Dream

UiPath Foundation joined forces with Dream a Dream to change the future of underprivileged children from Bangalore.

January – December 2022

We focused on increasing opportunities for a better future through access to life skills-oriented education. We supported over 5,000 children from Bangalore to stay in school and deployed a mentorship program with the help of UiPath employees based in India.

During the pandemic, we facilitated the transition to online-based meetings for the program to adapt to the new realities created by COVID-19 for children across India. Our volunteers supported children to turn their potential into opportunities, despite the numerous challenges generated by the post-pandemic context.

During the lockdown, we also mobilized global resources from the COVID-19 Global Emergency Fund to support 4,000 children and their families with ration kits during these unprecedented times.
