FuturePath Community is UiPath Foundation’s newest program, designed for young student alumni of the Future Acceleration Program and Own Your Path programs.
The young people in the program are between 18 and 24 years old and are currently in university.
With our support, they aim to continue their educational journey and take their first steps professionally. As students across a variety of academic fields, they are at a stage where they are beginning to ask questions about their career direction, the skills they need, and how they can turn their university studies into real professional development opportunities.
Through mentoring, monthly scholarships, learning experiences, volunteering, and a community of peers to connect with, students are supported in building self-confidence, clarity about their post-university path, and the connections needed to make informed choices about their future. The program helps students turn their university years into a genuine starting point for a future career.

About the Students
Participants come from families or communities with a vulnerable socio-economic background, where support for education and personal potential exists, but access to professional networks, mentoring, or hands-on experience has been, and continues to be, limited.
For some of them, university represents their first major experience of social mobility, and navigating academic and professional environments can sometimes be challenging without guidance or the necessary resources.
Who are the students in FuturePath Community?
The Support Package
Students who have graduated from the organisation’s educational programs have the opportunity to continue their personal and professional development throughout their university years, with the intervention designed as a medium-term support ecosystem.
We combine mentoring, skills development, hands-on experiences, and a sense of community. Through these components, the program facilitates the transition from education to the job market.
The program runs over three years and follows a gradual progression for participants: from exploring opportunities and developing skills, to consolidating practical experience and, subsequently, taking on an active role in the community.
In the long term, participants are encouraged to become mentors, volunteers, and ambassadors of the program for the next generations. The support package offered to students includes several types of experiences and resources.
Learning Experiences
Workshops, trainings, and development programs focused on skills relevant to professional life, such as career orientation, leadership, and project management.
Mentoring
Regular sessions offering personalised guidance, support in clarifying career direction, and access to mentors’ experience and perspectives. A space for reflection and learning.
Scholarships & Educational Resources
For some participants, the program offers monthly scholarships and access to educational resources that support their university journey, helping to reduce financial pressures.
Volunteering & Traineeships
The program facilitates access to volunteering experiences and community initiatives, as well as traineeships, job shadowing, and participation in professional events.
Community & Networking
Through community meetups, events, and interactions with professionals, participants build professional networks, learn from one another, and are exposed to relevant models of professional development.

Testimonials
Andreea
20 years old, GalațiAlongside Vlad, my mentor, a UiPath engineer with valuable experience, I discovered the many opportunities that come with being a student. In our 1-to-1 meetings, we cover essential topics: the job application process, researching potential employers, and constructively handling professional rejections.
This guidance, combined with the workshops and presentations I attended through the program, gave me the clarity I needed to navigate with confidence on the journey from student to professional

20 years old, ClujAs a first-year student who came to university in a new city, the program has helped me a great deal in my personal development during this period. The AI trainings helped me understand what lies behind this technology, how it works, and, most importantly, how I can use it as effectively and safely as possible.
For me, the program is very useful, especially in the context of student life, offering me many new perspectives and development opportunities both professionally and personally.

20 years old, GalațiVolunteering at the u&I Summer Camp brought back memories of the camps I attended when I was younger, meeting again with volunteers I already knew.
The experience moved me and made me feel right at home. Taking part in the talent show made me feel like I was back at the 2019 camp, and I’m glad I had the chance to be part of it again.

20 years old, VasluiThank you for the whole experience of the visit to Bucharest. Everything was beautifully organised and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to see and learn new things, both about myself and about you.
I probably still don’t fully realise how much work went into what happened, but I enjoyed every moment of it. Sending you all a big hug and I can’t wait for the chance to see you all again.
