You Lit the Path.
Here Is How Far They Walked.
Impact is not always loud. Robert practiced math late into the evening, preparing for the exam that would take him to his dream high school. Ștefan missed his first-choice Computer Science high school, but found another way into the world of technology through programming, a cybersecurity bootcamp, and a laptop gifted by a trainer who shared his own life story. Andreea returned to camp at 20, this time as a volunteer, giving forward what she had once received.
It also looked like Mr. Gabor, a teacher who enrolled in our AI course and spent every break convincing a hundred colleagues to do the same. And like Denisa, who mentored four boys at summer camp. In their Christmas letters, all four used the same word for her: friend.
At UiPath Foundation, we do not tell children where their path leads. We show up beside them, long enough for support to become structure, and structure to become possibility.

About a Light that Travels Further
…but also about what happens when a light is shared freely.
In May 2025, we did something we had never done before. We gave something away: the AI Generation curriculum, available in Romanian and English, free for any teacher anywhere in the world to use and adapt.
We developed the curriculum in partnership with the App Inventor Foundation, aligned it with UNESCO’s AI Competency Framework for Students and published it under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.
Within months, requests came in from Canada, the United Kingdom, Ecuador, South Africa, and Moldova. A proof that a light shared freely travels further than anyone could have predicted.
What started as a pilot with 94 students in 2024 became a public resource with global reach.
~10,000 teachers and education professionals participated in public webinars about AI in the classroom. 570+ teachers registered to access the materials.
19 Romanian teachers are piloting activities from the curriculum during the 2025–2026 school year.
How We Create Change
Education & Mentorship
We provide scholarships, tutoring, and sustained guidance to help children from underserved communities stay in school, grow in confidence, and build a future that belongs to them.
Skills for the Future
AI literacy and programming courses delivered by UiPath professionals directly to the children in our programs. Because in a world where technology shapes every career, understanding it is part of the path, not a detour from it.
Community & Well-Being
We wrap support around the whole child: psychological care, essential resources, emergency aid for families in crisis, and for our alumni, a community that holds them as they take their first steps into adult life.
