Partnerships for India

Based on the educational needs of children in India, we partnered with local non-profits to bring them access to educational resources and mentorship opportunities, helping them defy the limits of their communities.

Solidarity Funds

We created the Global Emergency Funds to deliver urgent relief, humanitarian aid, and support for displaced and affected communities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania and India and the invasion of Ukraine.

Art for Social Impact

Art fosters dialogue and awareness, so we engage in theater and film projects with strong social themes to inspire empathy, encourage societal change, and promote cultural development through storytelling.

UiPath Foundation aims to ensure non-discriminatory and equal access to learning opportunities for all children, adolescents, and young people from underprivileged social backgrounds by catalyzing, at local, national, regional, and global levels, complex support mechanisms designed to unlock their potential. This is achieved through the creation and implementation of innovative educational programs that mobilize and empower community resources (e.g., teachers, community mediators, family/legal guardians, non-governmental organizations, local authorities, etc.), as well as through the philanthropic and voluntary contributions of individual donors and representatives of the private business sector.

UiPath Foundation promotes transparency and accountability in the use of funds obtained through donations. This policy governs how online donations are collected, processed, and used through the payment processor.

Types of Accepted Donations

Direct Donations

  • Donations can be made online via the integrated payment processor on our website www.uipathfoundation.com.
  • Donations are of two types: one-time payment and recurring monthly donation.
  • All payments are processed in RON.

Donations via Romanian United Foundation and Charities Aid Foundation America (CAF America)

  • Donations made through these partners are tax-deductible for individuals and legal entities with tax residency in the United States of America.

Obligations Regarding the Use of Funds

Donated funds are used to support our educational programs in Romania and India.
