UiPath Foundation’s Board
Meet the Members
The Board consists of experienced leaders and professionals. They provide oversight, ensure financial integrity, and guide the Foundation’s long-term objectives.
To improve children’s access to quality educational resources in Romania and India, we’re leveraging their professional experience to change the trajectory of children living in poverty and create a generation ready for what’s next.
Until March 2022 Vargha Moayed was UiPath’s Chief Strategy Officer. Today, in addition to his UiPath Foundation chairmanship, he is also the chairman of Endeavor Romania. In addition to his philanthropic activities, he is a Venture Partner with White Star Capital, seats on a few boards and advises a couple of technology entrepreneurs. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

Andrada Morar brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, creative innovation, and deep commitment to educational equity to the UiPath Foundation Board of Directors. As VP of Customer Experience at UiPath, she has been embedding customer centricity throughout the organization while championing the Foundation’s mission since joining the company. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Andrada’s career spans transformative roles at leading technology companies including Google Cloud and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she spearheaded initiatives across GTM, marketing and communications.
Andrada’s dedication to education and community development is deeply personal, rooted in her upbringing in Romania where her mother has served as a teacher in an underprivileged community for over 40 years. This early exposure to educational inequity, combined with her experience hosting a “Letters to Santa” radio program that connected disadvantaged children with support during the holidays, instilled in her a lifelong commitment to creating opportunities for underserved youth. Having witnessed firsthand the impact of the Foundation’s work during the 2024 summer camp, she is passionate about leveraging technology and education to break down barriers and create pathways to success for children.
Coming from a modest family that always prioritized education, Andrada understands the transformative power of opportunity and access. She brings to the Board not only her strategic expertise in communications, community building, and organizational transformation, but also an authentic understanding of how education can change lives. Andrada holds a BS in Journalism and Communication from the University of Bucharest and splits her time between New York and her global responsibilities.

Margareta Mucibabici is a senior public affairs and government relations professional, with extensive experience in public policy, international relations, and legal affairs. She supports clients across various industries on complex local and regional public affairs campaigns, public policy and regulatory development, as well as strategic positioning and reputation building.
She is passionate about leveraging technology to help drive positive change and social impact, while advancing future-ready policies that enable meaningful participation in the digital economy. She also believes that education is the backbone for a hopeful future, one where individuals have more opportunities to reach their potential, and society balances progress with responsibility.
