About the Program

Teachers’ Development is a program that brings together a series of initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering teachers from the communities we work in, and beyond.

Investing in teachers is a fundamental pillar of our intervention. We know that a well-supported teacher can transform the educational experience of an entire class and, over time, of entire communities.

The program is designed to offer teachers modern resources, instruments, and teaching techniques that help them create safe, engaging, and effective learning environments.

Through high-quality courses, individual mentorship opportunities, and hands-on learning, we’re supporting their continuous professional development so that they, in turn, can nurture the potential of every child they guide.

Accredited as a complementary program by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research, it offers 20 ECTS credits, the course offers teachers a friendly and accessible journey into the world of AI, starting with an explanation of basic concepts and continuing with a responsible and ethical approach to AI.

Through interactive lessons and practical examples, participants will learn how to choose and use AI tools with confidence to support the teaching and assessment process, adapting them to their students’ needs.

The course places emphasis on the continuous development of teaching competencies in the digital era, offering resources and strategies for integrating AI creatively and efficiently in lessons.

In 2026, UiPath Foundation and ING Romania are joining forces to bring education about Artificial Intelligence to as many high schools across the country as possible.

During the 2025–2026 school year, we piloted the course, training 20 high school teachers who then reached nearly 400 students from 12 counties and 16 high schools with lessons on AI. They were teaching diverse subjects before, such as history, chemistry, psychology, and English. UiPath Foundation is now expanding the project to a national level, in partnership with ING Romania.

The project has four components: an accredited course, a practice and learning community, webinars, and a bootcamp.

Accredted Course

During the introductory course on artificial intelligence, 75 high school teachers will be trained to gain real skills for integrating AI in the classroom, and through them, thousands of students will be better prepared for the world they already live in.

Learning & Practice Community

Teachers who complete the course and wish to continue honing their AI skills are invited to become part of a learning and practice community, a space for exchanging ideas and inspiration dedicated to the ongoing integration of AI in the classroom.

AI Webinars

A series of open webinars for the general public on the topic of Artificial Intelligence in Education, addressed to all curious teachers about how they can integrate AI into educational processes, regardless of their level of familiarity with technology.

Bootcamp

The bootcamp is designed as a space for experimentation, where the most enthusiastic graduates of the introductory course will explore the most advanced topics related to using AI in education and will receive direct support to become ambassadors of AI-assisted education in their communities.
