Futureproof Educators is a UiPath Foundation project, organized in partnership with OvidiuRO Association and with the support of Didona Foundation, as a part of the Early Education Forward program.
Each year, we select 20 preschool teachers who work in vulnerable communities and serve as role models of active involvement in educational and civic projects for their communities.
The activities consist of theoretical training and a practical assignment and take place over a period of 5 months, from September 2024 to February 2025, over three modules, in a mixed format.

The Futureproof Educators

To graduate from the program, educators have to implementing a project in the kindergarten where they work, with financial support in the form of a grant from UiPath Foundation and mentorship throughout the process.
Participants will have approximately one month, from January 8 to February 14, to implement their projects in the kindergartens.

The full costs of the program, including educational materials, transportation, accommodation, meals, etc., will be covered by the organizers.
Upon completion of the program, participants with at least 75% attendance and who have implemented the project in their kindergarten will receive a graduation certificate.
Candidate Selection
We are targeting preschool teachers working in vulnerable communities in the counties of Bacău, Botoșani, Brăila, București, Buzău, Călărași, Cluj, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Galați, Giurgiu, Iași, Ialomița, Mehedinți, Neamț, Olt, Suceava, Teleorman, Vaslui, Vrancea.
The selection process will be carried out in two stages: evaluation of the motivation to join the project mentioned in the application and an online interview. Only candidates selected after the motivation assessment will be contacted for the interview.
To give teachers from as many communities as possible a chance to participate in the project, candidates from the same kindergarten will be differentiated based on their motivation to join the project and their involvement in other educational or civic initiatives within the community.
