Before the Future,
There is Possibility
Before a future can be built, there’s a first spark—the moment a child realizes they can. It happens quietly, but it changes everything. Possibility starts small. A safe way to school. A warm meal. A mentor who says, You can. Over time, it grows—into confidence, opportunity and a future within reach.
This year, we saw it in countless children—those daring to dream and act beyond limits. David, 13, is training to become an Olympic boxing champion while keeping up with school. Oana, 17, found her voice in our English classes—then broke stereotypes as a football referee. Norica is already shaping her future and achieving her dream of attending university.
At UiPath Foundation, we don’t tell children what to dream. We stand beside them, ensuring that when they take their first step, they are not alone.

Stories of Courage
A Collective Poem on Dreams and the Future
…but also about the world that the children and young people in our programs wish for.
Written by over 60 children and young people, and curated by Silvia Grădinaru, this poem voices their thoughts about who they will become, the changes they imagine, and the inventions that could make the world a better place.
To create it, they completed sentences that sparked their imagination:
“If I had to send a voice message to my future self, I would say…”
“When I grow up, I hope I won’t forget to…”
“If I could invent something to make the world a better place, it would be…”
I wish to hear myself say:
‘I’ve changed the world.’
If I could, I would invent a teleportation device
and a cure for cancer and leukemia.
A remedy for all incurable diseases
or one for all disabilities.
A smart mirror of emotions that shows
how we feel inside.
An empathy machine.
Trash bins that change their own bags
because bins today are always overflowing.
