Because talent is everywhere, opportunity is not. We aim to shift a reality of inequalities to a world of opportunities through education, focusing on giving children living in poverty the skills and tools to reach their highest potential. Since January 2019, UiPath Foundation has reached more than 50,000 children from Romania and India through its educational programs.

We are growing fast

Our journey started 4 years ago with 2 people. Now we are a bold team of 19 and aiming for more. United by our mutual desire to positively impact the lives of underprivileged kids, together as a team, we turn compassion into action every day through our work. We treat people with respect and provide equal opportunities for personal & professional growth. We fail fast and learn faster. And we always go back to the grassroots - the kids, their families & communities.
