Futureproof Educators
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
UiPath Foundation, in partnership with OvidiuRO Association, is launching the first edition of the Futureproof Teachers. This project is a component of the Early Education Forward Program and aims to reach preschool teachers working in vulnerable communities.
15-20 participants who represent a model of active involvement in educational and civic projects within their community will be selected to participate.
The project will take approximately 50 hours to complete, spread over 6 months, from September 2023 to March 2024, and will be conducted in a hybrid format and divided into three modules.
TWO ONLINE MODULES

ONE IN-PERSON MODULE
in Bucharest, between October 30 - November
To graduate from the program, the participants will need to implement a project of their own choosing in the kindergarten where they work. To this end, UiPath Foundation will provide financial support and mentoring.
The full costs of the project, including educational materials, travel, accommodation, meals, etc., will be covered by the organizers. Upon completion of the program, participants with at least 75% attendance who have implemented the project in their kindergarten will receive a graduation diploma.
CANDIDATE SELECTION
We are targeting preschool teachers working in vulnerable communities in the counties of Bacău, Botoșani, Brăila, Buzău, Galați, Iași, Neamț, Suceava, Vaslui, Vrancea, Bucharest, Călărași, Cluj, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Mehedinți, Olt, and Teleorman.
The selection will be carried out in two stages: Motivation Assessment and an Online Interview. To provide preschool teachers from as many communities as possible with the chance to participate, candidates from the same kindergarten will be evaluated based on digitheir motivation to join the project.

Motivation Assessment
Using the selection form, we will analyze their motivation to participate in the project, professional background, and involvement in educational initiatives within the community.
Online Interview
It will take place between August 31 – September 5, 2023. Only eligible candidates will be contacted to schedule the interview.
