“As it’s something that I’m good at, I thought I’d lend a helping hand. My colleagues and I handle the implementation of new functionalities in the platform. We reorganized the pages, created the Q&A section, and changed an important formula used to establish each family’s financial level, which helped the program’s administrators make different decisions depending on individual cases.”
